• CPS – ALLIANCE also offers a fresh concept within the recruitment industry known as a Candidate Profile Sheet (CPS). The CPS provides ALLIANCE’s clients with a unique candidate profile report. This report is a unique standardized presentation that includes the candidates experience and skills sets that provide ALLIANCE’s clients with valuable insights into the candidates.
• The CPS also lists the candidate’s years of experience and test scores on various applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. ALLIANCE also provides its clients with a personality profile to show clients how the individual could potentially match the description and position within the specific company profile.
