Carlo Galan is a trusted recruitment professional who brings with him over 10 years of industry experience. Prior to joining ALLIANCE, Carlo founded and operated his own boutique agency, primarily servicing the Alberta Oil and Gas sector. He was instrumental in recruiting and staffing for several Oilsands mining and construction mega projects in both the basic engineering and early works construction phases. He recruited for both field personnel and also at the corporate executive level for several major oil and energy organisations. Following this, he served as the Branch Manager of a Canadian-owned and operated staffing agency where he managed the branch business operations, health and safety, and the recruitment team, servicing key accounts in the light industrial sector.

Carlo is a native of Vancouver and is a family man with two daughters.

He graduated from Simon Fraser University with an Applied Communications degree. Carlo is dedicated and committed to excellence in customer service. He prides himself on strong ethics and honest values.
